Who we are
MediRoute Kerala is a patient coordination firm based in Kochi, Kerala, India. We work with hospitals and Ayurveda healthcare providers in Kerala on behalf of international patients and their families, and support the journey around the treatment. We are a facilitator: we do not diagnose, prescribe or treat.
Our aim is a journey that is clear, calm and humane for international patients and their families.
What we do
- Coordinate appointments and admissions with hospitals
- Share your reports with doctors and bring back their replies
- Request estimates and second opinions from more than one hospital, and share every reply with you
- Help with documents for your visa application, including the hospital letter
- Receive you at the arrivals hall, and arrange transfers and accommodation
- Support the family member who travels with you
- Join consultations, with your consent, to help you and the doctor understand each other
- Follow up with the hospital after discharge, including once you are back home
What we do not do
- Give medical advice, diagnosis or prescriptions
- Set hospital fees. We share the hospital estimate as issued.
- Issue visas or handle immigration. The Indian authorities do.
- Guarantee treatment results
- Collect hospital treatment fees. You pay the hospital directly.
- Choose your treatment for you. You and your doctor decide.
Facilitator only
We coordinate. Doctors at partner hospitals make all medical decisions.
Clear estimates
Hospitals set the costs. We share their written estimates as issued, and quote any charge for our service separately, if applicable.
Private by default
Your documents are used only to arrange your care.
