Transparent Costs
Treatment in India is often more affordable than in many countries. You receive the hospital’s treatment estimate as issued, and we confirm any applicable charge for our support services with you in writing before you commit.
Support in Your Language
A coordinator who speaks your language supports you from your first enquiry, joins your consultations with your consent, and stays in touch on WhatsApp after you return home. Arabic, English and Hindi.

How It Works
- Send us your enquiry. We then ask for your medical reports on WhatsApp or by email.
- With your consent, we share your reports with suitable hospitals and coordinate their responses and written treatment estimates.
- Review the hospital’s estimate and choose the healthcare provider that suits you. We then coordinate with the hospital to obtain the required hospital letter for your medical visa application, where applicable.
- We coordinate your travel arrangements, airport reception, local transportation and accommodation.
- During consultations, our language and communication support helps you and the healthcare team understand each other clearly. We do not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions.
- After treatment, we help you stay connected with the hospital for follow-up communication, reports and other non-clinical support.
